Q. Will I be charged shipping on my order and how are shipping
costs calculated?
A. Shipping and Handling charges are based on the total
order value and are charged as follows:

Q. How do you ship your products?
A. We ship domestic shipments (inside the mainland U.S.A.)
via United Parcel Ground Service. Shipment outside the mainland U.S.A.
(includes Alaska and Hawaii) are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Airmail
Parcel Post. We insure all shipments at no extra cost.
Q. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A. We ship all orders in 2 to 3 business days from date
the order was received if the item is in stock. If the item is not in
stock, we will email you with the anticipated ship date if you provide
us with an email address. Orders placed after the close of our business
day which is 4:00 PM EST are received by us the following business day.
PayPal payments paid with a credit or debit card are received by us as
cash on the same day you place your order. Orders paid with an e-check
though PayPal are held 3 to 4 business days until we are notified by PayPal
that your payment has cleared. We regret that we cannot accept personal
checks.
Q. How long is the transit time for my order to reach me?
A. Once the order is shipped from our factory in Lock
Haven, PA, domestic shipments shipping via UPS will take approximately
the following transit time to reach its destination:
Pennsylvania 1 Day
Northeastern States 2 Days
Southeastern States 3 Days
Central States 4 Days
Western States 5 Days
Q. If I’m an overseas customer, how long will it take for
me to receive my order and what are the shipping costs?
A. The US Postal Service quotes transit time on most
overseas shipments as 4 to 10 days. Please allow extra time for customs
clearance. Overseas customers please email us for shipping charges and
options at bsnowiss@uplink.net.
Q. Can I have my shipment sent to me by next day or air services?
A. We will be happy to ship your order to you via next
day service for an additional fee. Call us at 570-748-3121 for the exact
charges.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Our products are guaranteed for normal use. If you
believe our products are defective in anyway, please contact our Customer
Service Department. All returns require pre-approval. When we receive
your return, it will be evaluated. If we determine that it is defective,
we will replace or repair your item at no additional cost to you. If the
item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund your money including
shipping charges. If the return is requested for reasons other than defective
merchandise, customer will pay shipping charges both ways. Please email

Q. Are my purchases subject to sales tax?
A. Customers residing in Pennsylvania with be charges
a 6% sales tax on all purchases.
Q. Why am I being sent to PayPal to purchase from your site and
who is PayPal?
A. We use the services of PayPal to collect on-line payments.
PayPal is a global leader in online payments. Using PayPal is the fast,
easy, safe, and secure way to pay for purchases using your credit card,
debit card or checking account. As a buyer, there is no charge to you
for using PayPal. During checkout you will be transferred to PayPal automatically.
If you are already a PayPal member, log-in and complete the checkout process.
If you are not a member, complete the shipping and billing information.
Then follow the instructions and complete the checkout. It’s that
simple.
Q. I don’t want to use PayPal. Can I submit payment any
other way?
A. Yes, you can complete our order form on our website.
Go to the top of any page of our website just under the Snowiss Fur Company
name and address and click on “Order Form”. After adding the
items you want to purchase, click the “Calculate Cost” button
to add the shipping charges to the order. Complete the Customer Information
section and then print the form. Send the completed order form along with
a cashier’s check or money order to:

Q. If I have a problem with my order or about placing an order,
who should I contact?
A. If you have any problems placing your order or if
you have questions not answered here, call our Customer Service Department

Q. When ordering slippers, what size should I order?
A. Our slippers come in whole sizes only, so if your
regular shoe size is a whole number, order that size. If your regular
shoe size is a half size, order the next whole size.
Q. I want to replace or add fur trim on my parka’s hood,
what size do I order?
A. Measure the length of the fur trim already on your
parka and order that size. If you are adding fur trim to a parka without
fur trim, measure the length around the hood from where the hood is sewn
into the body of the jacket. Subtract 1 to 2 inches from each side, depending
on how far down you want the fur trim to come. This will give you the
length measurement. The standard width for our Coyote Fur ruffs (trim)
are 2-1/2”. This width will give a nice full trim for any parka.
Each of our ruffs comes with nylon tape on each of the long sides of the
trim. The tape is used to sew the ruff onto the parka.
We offer our Coyote Fur Ruffs in the following sizes on our website.
They are: 2-1/2” x 21”, 2-1/2” x 23”, 2-1/2”
x 25”, 2-1/2” x 27” and a 2-1/2” x 29”.
We can make any other size your parka might need. Call or email us for
pricing on special sizes, other type fur and wholesale pricing. Our Customer

Q. What sizes do your fur mittens and gauntlets come in?
A. Our Beaver Fur Mittens come in one size only and will
fit the average size women’s hand. Our Fur Gauntlets come in both
Men’s and Women’s sizes and are cut full to accommodate most
size hands.
Q. Do you manufacture all your products in the United States?
A. Yes, all our products are manufactured by American
labor in our factory in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, USA.
